Introduction

Welcome to SocioRich! This Agreement governs your access to, and use of the services offered through our website, mobile application, and any other digital platforms (collectively, the "Services").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY.

Binding Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Equasocio Network Private Limited, a company incorporated under Indian law with its registered office at C-32, Second Floor, Sector-80, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, India (“SocioRich,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The terms “you,” “user,” and “users” include all individuals and entities who access or use the Services, including any organizations acting through their employees, agents, or representatives.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms or guidelines referenced or made available on our platform, collectively form a unified agreement governing your access to and use of the Services, and define your rights, responsibilities, and obligations in connection with your account, content, and interactions with SocioRich.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at www.sociorich.com ("Website"), downloading, installing, or using any mobile or web application linked to this Agreement (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding agreement with Equasocio Network Private Limited, operating under the brand name "SocioRich" ("SocioRich", "we", "us", or "our").

By clicking a button, checking a box, or taking any similar action to indicate acceptance, or by completing the SocioRich account registration process, you represent and warrant that

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all additional terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, as may be amended from time to time.
  • You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor under applicable law and are otherwise competent to enter into a binding legal agreement.
  • You have the authority to enter into this Agreement personally and, if applicable, on behalf of any company, organization, or other legal entity you designate as the user during registration, and to bind such entity to this Agreement

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, certain words and phrases have specific meanings:

Account:A personalized user profile created upon registration with the platform, enabling access to its services and features.
Information:refers to any data or content, whether personal or non-personal, that is collected, provided, shared, or otherwise made available by users while accessing or using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal data (such as name, contact details, and identification information), location data, communication records, preferences, feedback, and any content posted publicly on our platform or associated social media channels. It also includes information gathered through automated means such as cookies, device identifiers, and usage analytics.
Confidential Information:includes but not limited to user email address, password, user details or any other account access information.
Equa Credits/Coins:Equa Credits/Coins refers to digital points issued to all the users equally and periodically irrespective of their economic background, social status and contribution to the society. These digital coins can be used only to reward/ recognise / rating the peers and expires if not used but users keep getting these points periodically as decided by platform. SocioRich system works on the principles of equal society thus equal points are issued without any inherent biases and to encourage true assessment of social earnings of people and organization keeping equanimity in mind.
Member:includes any user signing up to the website by submitting the required information.
Party or Parties:shall mean the user and SocioRich, individually or collectively.
Personal Data:includes but not limited to Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Contact Details, Age, location or any other information submitted by the user while registering or accessing any other services.
Services:Includes downloading, installing or using our Website located at www.sociorich.com (“Website”), our mobile application or website application or any other services that may link to this Agreement.
Service Data:means all electronic data, text, messages, Images or other materials, including Personal Data of users, submitted to the Service(s) by you in connection with your use of the Service(s).
Socio Credits/Coins:reflect the value of coins / points/ ratings earned by any individual or organisation on their activities on the platform or outside the platform, these points or ratings are given by other peers out of equacoins issued equally and periodically to all the users by the platform.
Social Digital Currency:refers to the cumulative total of Socio Credits or Socio Coins held by a user with the SocioRich platform. This value represents a non-monetary digital measure of a user’s recognized social contribution, participation, and peer acknowledgment. This is not an economic currency or constitute any legal tender, an asset, or a financial instrument, and shall not be construed to create any proprietary, monetary, or contractual rights within or outside the SocioRich platform including its affiliates. Sociorich may decide to display this value within or outside the platform which will indicate social worth associated with a person or the organisation
Third Parties:include but are not limited to business partners, suppliers, sub-contractors, advertisers and advertising networks, analytics and search engine providers, payment providers.
Terms Agreement:means a legally binding Agreement between you and Equasocio Network Private Limited including our (“Terms”, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and all other related policies on our Website) defining the terms under which you are allowed to use our Services, and how we will treat your account with us.
Visitor:refers to any individual or entity who accesses the Website or Services but does not have an active membership or registered account on the Website.
User or Users:refers to all individuals, natural persons, and legal entities who access or use the Services, including, but not limited to, any organizations, companies, or other entities that register or operate accounts through their employees, agents, or representatives

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You shall not create accounts with the purpose of violating these terms or impersonating others. If you are found to be in violation of this age requirement, your account shall be immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice, and any legal consequences arising from the violation of applicable laws will be your liability.

By accessing or using our Services, you affirm that you satisfy all eligibility criteria outlined herein and agree not to use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. You understand that such affirmation constitutes a legally binding representation and warranty.

SocioRich reserves the right to deny or discontinue Services, terminate user accounts, or modify eligibility requirements at its sole discretion and at any time.

Scope of Services

SocioRich provides access to its online platform, which includes, but is not limited to, its official website and associated mobile and web applications. Through this platform, SocioRich offers various services designed to foster social engagement, transparency, and community-driven recognition of verified social contributions.

User Registration & Profile Management

SocioRich enables users to register, create, and manage their personal profiles, where they can participate in social impact activities, track their social contributions, and engage with other members of the platform.

Social Contribution Publishing and Recognition

The platform allows users to record, share, and track their social contributions. Verified actions such as donations, volunteering, and community service are recognized by the platform and can be rewarded with Socio Credits or Socio Coins.

Peer Review & Recognition

Users can engage in peer review-based recognition systems, allowing them to award Socio credits or Socio Coins digital tokens to others for their contributions, creating a community-driven method of acknowledging valuable actions within the platform.

Transactions and Token Systems

Users can purchase Equa Credits or Equa Coins and earn, transfer, or redeem Socio Credits or Socio Coins, subject to the SocioRich platform’s policies. These tokens may be used within the platform including its affiliates for various rewards, community initiatives, or to recognize other users.

Educational and Awareness Programs

SocioRich provides access to social impact-related content, workshops, webinars, and other resources aimed at increasing social awareness and engagement. These programs may include collaborations with organizations and influencers working on social good initiatives.

Partner Integration

SocioRich may allow third-party partners or organizations to integrate their services with the platform, providing additional opportunities for users to engage in various social impact activities.

Updates to Services

1.SocioRich may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of Services, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates").

2.Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Services. You agree that SocioRich has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of Services to you.

3.You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the Services, and (ii) subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Limitation of Service

Platform Availability:

The platform may experience occasional downtime due to maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. SocioRich does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and may suspend or limit the availability of specific services or features without prior notice for operational reasons.

Service Modifications

SocioRich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features or services at its discretion. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, technological advancements, or platform optimization. Any significant changes to the services will be communicated to users when feasible.

Third-Party Services:

SocioRich may integrate or link to third-party services or applications. While these integrations are intended to enhance the platform’s offerings, SocioRich does not guarantee the functionality, availability, or accuracy of any third-party service. Users must rely on such third-party services at their own risk, and SocioRich will not be liable for any issues arising from their use.

No Financial or Legal Rights:

The tokens (Equa Credits, Socio Credits, or other rewards) provided by SocioRich do not represent legal tender, financial assets, or legally enforceable claims. They are for platform use only and may not be converted to cash or exchanged for real-world value outside the platform. SocioRich does not guarantee the long-term value or applicability of any tokens provided.

Data Accuracy

6.While SocioRich makes efforts to ensure that the data provided to users is accurate, users acknowledge that certain data and results (including social contribution tracking and peer reviews) are subject to human error, system limitations, and third-party integrations. SocioRich will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

Regulatory Changes:

SocioRich may be required to update or alter its services to comply with changes in applicable laws or regulations. These changes may affect the functionality, availability, or usability of certain features, and users are encouraged to review the Terms of Service periodically for updates.

Third Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party Websites ("Third-Party Websites") and Apps ("Third-Party Apps") and advertisements ("Third-Party Advertisements") (collectively, "Third-Party Websites & Advertisements").

Important Notice

  • • When you click on a link to a Third-Party Website, Third-Party App or Third-Party Advertisement, we will not warn you that you have left our Website, server or Services and we will not warn you that you are subject to the Terms and Conditions (including privacy policies) of another website or destination. Such Third-Party Websites & Advertisements are not under the control of SocioRich. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites, Third-Party Applications, or any Third-Party Advertisements.

User Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing or using the SocioRich platform and its Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following rights and responsibilities:

Your Rights

  • Access and Use: You have the right to access and use the SocioRich platform and its services in accordance with these Terms of Service, as long as you meet eligibility criteria (e.g., age 18+). You shall engage with content, contribute feedback, and participate in platform activities intended for registered users
  • Review and Appeal: If your content is removed or your account is restricted or suspended, you have the right to request clarification or submit an appeal, subject to platform policies.
  • Platform Support: You are entitled to receive reasonable support regarding technical issues, account management, or service navigation through official SocioRich support channels.
  • User Account Access & Accuracy of Information: To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.

Your Responsibilities

Account Security & Age Requirements

You agree to exercise all reasonable precautions to protect both (a) the confidentiality of any information designated as “Confidential Information” and (b) the security of your SocioRich account credentials. This includes at minimum:

  • Employing safeguards equal to, or stronger than, those you use for your own confidential data and login details.
  • Implementing any additional protective measures that SocioRich may reasonably require from time to time.
  • Maintaining sole control over your password and other authentication factors.

SocioRich shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to observe these obligations. If you have reason to believe that your credentials or any Confidential Information have been compromised, you must notify SocioRich without delay, after which we will take reasonable steps to help secure your account.

Prohibited Use/Conduct

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that:

Violates Laws or Rights of Others
  • • Infringes on intellectual property or proprietary rights of SocioRich or any third party
  • • Violates applicable laws or regulations, including those governing fraud or money laundering
  • • Encourages or assists others to engage in prohibited conduct
  • • Interferes with other users' use and enjoyment of the Services
Compromises Security or Integrity
  • • Attempts to probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, or bypass security features
  • • Deploys bots, spiders, scripts, or automated systems to scrape or burden the Services
  • • Alters packet headers, email headers, or source-identifying information
  • • Attempts unauthorized access to data, accounts, networks, or systems
Distributes Harmful or Offensive Content
  • • Uploads viruses, malware, or any software intended to damage systems
  • • Publishes content that exploits minors, promotes violence, or incites discrimination
  • • Advertises illicit drugs, firearms, or other hazardous materials
  • • Modifies or reverse-engineers any part of the Services

Lawful Use, Regulatory Compliance & Cooperation

You agree to access and use the SocioRich Platform only in full conformity with all applicable laws, rules, and governmental orders, including (without limitation) Indian statutes on consumer protection, electronic commerce, privacy, data security, anti-money-laundering, and anti-discrimination.

You further warrant that every communication, transaction, or data transfer you initiate through the Services has been lawfully obtained, that all required consents have been secured, and that no content you post or action you take will infringe the rights of third parties, facilitate unlawful activity, or otherwise contravene public policy.

SocioRich will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities investigating any suspected or proven violations of these terms or other applicable laws. We may reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any prohibited or unlawful conduct.

Content Reporting and Removal

You have the right to report offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through our reporting system at https://sociorich.org/report or by writing to info@sociorich.com. SocioRich will review all valid reports and may take action including content removal, user warnings, or account suspension.

Warning: Any breach of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, law-enforcement agencies will be notified.

Termination, Suspension, or Modification of Account/Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to use any and all services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to if you breach any of the Terms. In particular, we may terminate or suspend Accounts that have been flagged for suspected fraudulent activities.

Content Removal Rights

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any Service Data of any kind that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms of Service and any other rules of user conduct, or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

Termination

Upon termination of your access to use a service, including but not limited to suspension of your Account, right to use or access our services and any information associated with them will immediately cease and may result in forfeiture and destruction.

Provisions

Some provisions including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability etc due to their nature shall survive termination of this Agreement. Termination of your access to and use of the services shall not relieve you from any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination or limit any liability which they otherwise may have to SocioRich or any third party.

Immediate Effect

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason or at the written request of SocioRich, the user shall promptly, (a) return; or (b) destroy, all the Confidential Information.

Surviving Provisions

Some provisions including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability etc due to their nature shall survive termination of this Agreement. Termination shall not relieve you from any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.

Return of Confidential Information

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason or at the written request of SocioRich, the user shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content displayed on the Services is our protected property. The Services and its original content, features and functionality are owned by SocioRich and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of our Services without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

Ownership and Rights

Neither your use of the Services nor this Agreement grants you any right, title or interest in our copyrights, trademarks and patents or other intellectual properties owned by us. SocioRich's trademarks and/or service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by SocioRich.

SocioRich's trademarks and/or service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by SocioRich, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or users of the Website, tarnishes or dilutes the marks, or disparages or discredits SocioRich.

Our Services include a user interface that allows you to upload user content. You are granted a limited right to use those Services only in conjunction with the Services and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Notice of Intellectual Property Infringement

Please notify us if you believe any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a user of our Services. Please write to us at info@sociorich.com for complaints and customer service inquiries.

User Support

Email Communications

By creating an Account, you agree that we may send you email communications as part of our operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving such communication by writing to us at unsubscribe@sociorich.com.

Support Services

SocioRich will provide such support and information as the user may require in the course of availing of the Services, defining specific use-cases. The support may be provided via phone and/or email.

Important: You acknowledge that opting out of email communications may impact your use of the Services. Contact details for support will be shared separately with users as needed.
