SocioRich respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protect it in all respects. This privacy notice governs the collection, purpose, disclosure, transfer, retention or otherwise processing of personal or sensitive personal data (collectively information) by us.

SocioRich collects your information (including Personal data) when you access our application/website or communicate with us through email or digital channels. • Providing account access, use of application, and keeping your account information and data secure.
• Showing you more relevant activities, causes, suggested NGOs, organizations, people to inspire or look up to (follow), events, and advertisements.

• Conducting data analytics to improve the quality of the platform and streamline functionalities.
• Providing any technical and customer support to resolve your query or issues.

To enhance user experience and improve the performance of our Services, SocioRich may use cookies and similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels ("Tracking Technologies") to collect certain information automatically.

These cookies assign a unique, random User Identification Number (User ID) to your device to help us understand your interests based on your usage patterns. Right of access, Modification, and Deletion. You may at any point review and edit your profile information using the application/website functionality. You may also write to us to access your information in case of any technical challenges or request removal of information from our application/website. You can write to us at admin@sociorich.com for all such requests.

Please note, removal of information may affect our ability to process or enable communication with you and may lead to discontinuation of our relationship for which this information was used. Any deletion request shall be only entertained subject to the applicable data protection laws of India.

You have a Right to nominate another individual to exercise your right in the event of death or incapacity to exercise them.

SocioRich implements reasonable security measures and practices, in accordance with applicable laws and prevailing industry standards, to safeguard your personal information and ensure its confidentiality.

Notwithstanding these efforts, no security system is entirely impenetrable. Accordingly, SocioRich does not warrant or guarantee the absolute security of its databases, nor can it ensure that information you transmit to the platform via the Internet will remain secure from unauthorized access or interception.

Furthermore, any information voluntarily disclosed by you in publicly accessible areas of the platform, such as discussion forums, may be viewed, collected, or used by any user with Internet access.

All information that SocioRich collects is disclosed or shared as-is only under the following circumstances:

• Disclosures to our employees to perform job strictly on the need-to-know basis.
• Disclosures to our technology partner/third parties strictly on contract to maintain the same level of privacy and when it is strictly necessary for processing purposes and enable them to deliver the expected services.
• Mandatory disclosures to comply with court orders, judicial or other government warrant or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or any government agencies.

Your information may be stored on third-party public cloud services. These cloud service providers are responsible for maintaining their own security systems and protocols to protect the data they host. While SocioRich chooses reputed cloud providers and takes reasonable steps to ensure your data is safe, it doesn't directly control the infrastructure and security measures implemented by Cloud service providers. Therefore, any breach or failure on their part is subject to their terms and conditions and is beyond our direct responsibility.

All information collected by SocioRich shall be retained for a period not exceeding seven (7) years from the date of collection, or for such longer duration as may be required under any applicable law currently in force.

The SocioRich application/website is intended solely for the use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. SocioRich does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that any information provided to SocioRich complies with this age requirement.

SocioRich reserves the right to revise, update, or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be published on the platform under the relevant section of the website or application. SocioRich shall not be obligated to provide individual notice of such modifications to users. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates and to understand how such changes may impact your privacy rights. SocioRich disclaims any liability arising from your failure to do so. Continued access or use of the SocioRich platform following the publication of changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms, unless you expressly object to such changes in writing.

1) Operational & Transactional Emails
By creating an Account or otherwise using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from SocioRich (including service announcements, security alerts, billing notices, and other administrative messages) at the e-mail address linked to your Account. If you no longer wish to receive non-critical operational communications, you may submit a written request to unsubscribe@sociorich.com.
Please note that certain notices—such as password-reset links, legal updates, or notifications required to operate the Services—are mandatory and, if declined, may restrict or suspend your ability to use the Platform.

2) Marketing & Promotional Messages
SocioRich may, with your explicit consent where required by law, send newsletters or promotional offers. You may withdraw that consent at any time by following the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in each such message or by e-mailing unsubscribe@sociorich.com.

3) User Support
(a) SocioRich will provide reasonable technical and customer support related to the Services. Support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST (excluding Indian public holidays) via:

(b) Support requests should describe the issue, relevant screenshots or error logs, and the e-mail address associated with the affected Account. SocioRich will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge support tickets within two (2) business days and to resolve them as soon as practicable.
(c) Nothing in this clause obliges SocioRich to develop new features, custom functionality, or integrations beyond the scope of the standard Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4) Legal Notices & Service of Process
All legal notices (including notices of dispute, infringement claims, or statutory requests) must be delivered by registered post or recognized courier to:

5) Updates to Contact Information
You are solely responsible for keeping your Account contact details accurate and current. SocioRich shall not be liable for any delay or failure in notice delivery arising from your failure to update such information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." SocioRich disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied or statutory, not expressly set out in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, SocioRich makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of the services or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the services, and any service requested in connection therewith, remains solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your exclusive remedy and SocioRich's entire liability, if any, for any claims arising out of the services shall be limited to the amount you paid to SocioRich, if any, during the one-month period before the act giving rise to the liability.
In no event shall SocioRich be liable to you or any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of the services. You are solely responsible for making backup copies of any and all of your content. SocioRich shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to your content.

The Agreement and any dispute arising from the same will be governed by the laws applicable in India and/or applicable as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within India, without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles.

Disputes are defined as any claim, controversy, or dispute between you and SocioRich, including any claims relating in any way to the present Agreement, or the Services, amendments, or any other aspects of the Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by laws in India. The Courts of law in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
